Will the voice tags be removed once I purchase a license?
Yes. The “thismy401k” voicetag will be automatically removed once the beat has been purchased. You will receive the untagged beat files via email once the transaction has been successfully completed.
Can I use your beats for commercial purposes?
Absolutely. The “Professional” and the “Unlimited” licenses can be used for commercial purposes. These licenses allow you to distribute your songs on all streaming platforms.
I purchased a beat but I haven’t received the files yet.
If you haven’t received your files within 5 minutes, please do one of the following: (1) check your spam folder, (2) check your reciept – does it say the transaction is “completed” or is it still “pending”? Otherwise you can reach out to AJ@thismy401k.com and I will send you the files manually.
Do you offer custom beat or mixing services?
Please use our contact form if you wish to obtain a custom beat. I currently do not offer mixing / mastering services at this time (but that may change in the future).
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Beats cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please make sure the correct tracks are selected before you make your purchase.
How do I take advantage of bulk deals?
In order to activate the bulk deal, you must add tracks with the same license to your cart. For example, to activate the “buy 2, get 1 free” deal, add 3 tracks (with the same license type) to your cart and the discount will be applied automatically.
Can I download the files directly after making the purchase?
Yes. You will receive your files in an email instantly after your purchase has been completed. That email will contain both the audio files and the license agreement(s).
